When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, move date, and the move details you provide (property type, stairs, elevator, bedrooms, packing and assembly needs, heavy items, and notes). We may also collect basic technical data such as your browser type and pages viewed.

We use your information to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform your move, communicate with you about your job, and keep records required for our business. We do not sell your information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and our scheduling and email systems, or when required by law. Crew members receive only the details needed to complete your move.

Estimate requests are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for business and tax purposes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
