Terms of Service

We provide moving labor only. Customers supply the truck, trailer, or portable container, along with fuel, rental agreements, and any required parking or building access. We do not transport goods in our own vehicles.

Estimates are based on the information you provide and are not a fixed price unless stated in writing. Work is billed at the hourly crew rate quoted to you, with a minimum booking that we confirm before the job. Travel outside the Las Vegas valley may include a trip fee quoted in advance.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be billed for a portion of the minimum booking because the crew's day is reserved for you.

Please disclose heavy or unusual items (safes, pianos, gun safes, large appliances), stairs, elevators, and long carries when booking so we can bring the right crew size and equipment. Hazardous materials, flammables, and live animals cannot be handled. Items must be packed and ready unless you booked packing services.

Our crews use blankets, shrink wrap, straps, and dollies and handle items with care. We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing wear, customer-packed boxes, particleboard or flat-pack furniture that fails during handling, or items loaded or secured against our recommendation. Report any concern to us within 48 hours of the job.

Payment is due at the completion of the job unless other arrangements are made in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.
